You have:
- Experience in DevOps adoption in a large-scale organization;
- Experience in infrastructure management and monitoring;
- Experience working directly with customers, partners or third-party developers;
- Participant in speaking engagements;
- Experience in DevOps toolset implementation in a large-scale organization;
- Excellent knowledge of DevOps Platform tooling (Kubernetes, Azure, Docker. Etc.);
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent knowledge of DevOps and Agile principles;
- Leadership mindset;
- Solid operational experience;
- Knowledge of scripting techniques and automating processes;
- Excellent knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services;
- Communication skills and proficiency in English.
What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating development process and operations;
- Evaluating, implementing and streamlining DevOps practices;
- Supervising, Examining and Handling technical operations;
- Establishing a suitable DevOps channel across the organization;
- Minimizing failures and troubleshooting any technical issues;
- Setting up a continuous build environment to speed up software development and deployment process;
- Guiding developers and operation teams in case of an incident;
- Monitoring, reviewing, and managing technical operations;
- Managing teams with a leadership mindset;
- Designing efficient practices;
- Delivering comprehensive best practices;
- Ensuring systems are secure and scalable.
